Welshwellies Design Registration

The "welshwellies" designs have been registered with the "UK Intellectual Property Office" and are subject to "International Design Classification LOC (07) CI. 02-04" they have been registered for Men's Women's & Children's wellingtons.

Any unauthorised copying of the design and concept is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action, be warned, we defend all our designs with vigour. Anyone who infringes our designs and concept will be contacted by our lawyers.
