What do I have to pay for postage & packing?
Our postage & packing rates vary depending upon weight and destination. Full details of prices are shown in our Terms and Conditions.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, during checkout you will have a choice of First Class, which should be next day, or Standard Parcel which can take 3 to 5 days.
Do you post welshwellies abroad?
Yes, we can deliver welshwellies to the majority of countries worldwide.
Can I return my welshwellies if I buy the wrong size?
If you change your mind after ordering you have up to 7 days from receipt of the goods to return them for a refund. Full details of our returns policy are shown in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you pay the postage if I return a pair of welshwellies?
You are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only reimburse you for the value of the actual goods.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Security is one of the most significant concerns when you are shopping online, it is our top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times. At Welshwellies we use Protx for our online transactions, Protx who are part of the Sage Group use the latest state of the art security systems to make sure that you the shopper are protected.
Can I pay by cheque?
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please use our site for sizing and pricing, make your cheque payable to "Welshwellies" send your cheque with your order details to our address which is on the contact page.
Will I get confirmation when I buy a pair of welshwellies?
Yes, upon completion of your purchase you will receive two email confirmations, one from Protx confirming payment, and an order summary email from ourselves.
Do you keep my card details?
All sensitive data is handled securely by Protx, and your card details are simply used to perform the transaction, and are then deleted. We do not keep a record of any sensitive payment information.
Why do you need my email address and telephone number?
We need to have your email address and telephone number in case we have to contact you regards your order details.
Can I have my goods sent to a different address to my billing address?
If you would like your wellingtons sent to a different address from your billing address this can be done during the checkout phase of ordering.
What if I am not at home to accept delivery?
Procedures by the Royal Mail are in place to account for this. They will notify you if nobody is home by leaving a card through your door with contact details to arrange redelivery or collection.
My order has not arrived?
If after 7 days you have not received your goods, please contact us immediately for us to assist.
